Your account
Everything about your account is under Account settings: choose your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Account settings (it opens the Settings part of the Dashboard).
Profile and picture
Section titled “Profile and picture”- Display name - how you appear to others: in teams, in sets you share, on songs you submit.
- Upload a picture - any common image format. You crop it to a square; it’s saved at up to 512×512.
To change it, enter the New email and choose Change email. We first ask your current address to approve the change, then send a confirmation link to the new one. Your email changes once you open it.
Passkeys
Section titled “Passkeys”A passkey lets you sign in without a password, with your device’s fingerprint, face or screen lock.
- Under Passkeys, give it a name if you like (“My laptop”).
- Choose Add a passkey and follow your device’s prompt.
Add one on each device you use. You can remove a passkey at any time.
Tell your teams what you play or do - Instruments (vocals, guitars, keys, drums…) and Other roles (technician, media operator, sound engineer). They’re shown next to your name in team member lists.
Chart display
Section titled “Chart display”How chords read on every chart you open:
- Chord names - letters (C D E) or solfège (Do Ré Mi).
- With a capo - chords as they sound, or as the shapes to play.
You can also switch these from any chart in a set. Hiding chords and simpler chords are set per song, from its chart - see Your own view of a chart.
Storage
Section titled “Storage”Files you upload to songs (PDFs, audio, ChordPro files) count toward your storage limit. The Storage card shows how much you use. Ask an admin if you need more.
